The Cheetos / Kurkure food extruder is a specialized extrusion system designed for the continuous production of puffed corn snacks such as Cheetos, Kurkure, Nik Naks, and similar extruded snacks. Using advanced extrusion cooking technology, this equipment integrates mixing, cooking, puffing, and forming into one efficient and automated process, delivering consistent product shape, texture, and expansion.

Working Principle：
Raw materials such as corn grits, corn flour, rice flour, or blended starches are fed into the extruder. Inside the barrel, materials are subjected to high temperature, pressure, and mechanical shear generated by the rotating screw(s).

Generally, our delivery time is around 35 days, but if you have specific requirements regarding the motor brand and voltage, the delivery time will need to be confirmed.
Q2: Are the previous TSI and TSII models still available for purchase?
A: Compared to the TSII model, the TSIII Cheetos extruder is more mature and stable; the TSI and TSII Kurkure food extruders are still available for purchase, but the delivery time is 50-60 days.
