Extruded breadcrumb production line
1. Extrusion & Expansion System
Twin-screw extruder cooks the dough under controlled temperature, pressure, and shear, forming a porous extrudate with a consistent internal structure.
2. Crushing System
The extruded product is crushed into breadcrumbs, while controlling particle size and maintaining a porous structure。
3. Drying System
fluidized bed dryers reduce moisture content, stabilizing product structure and improving shelf life.
4.Sieving & Grading System
Vibrating sieves classify crumbs into different size ranges to meet various coating applications
