Key Equipment in the Production Line
1. Raw Material Feeding & Mixing System
Grains (rice, corn, wheat), legumes, protein powders, vitamins, minerals, and functional ingredients are accurately weighed and uniformly mixed to ensure precise formulation.
2. Extrusion Cooking & Expansion System
A twin-screw food extruder serves as the core equipment. Under controlled temperature, pressure, and shear, raw materials undergo gelatinization, denaturation, and expansion, forming a porous structure ideal for instant powder production.
3. Drying System
Multi-layer belt dryers or fluidized bed dryers reduce moisture content, stabilizing product structure and ensuring long shelf life.
4. Grinding & Sieving System
The dried expanded product is finely milled into powder and sieved to achieve uniform particle size and excellent flowability.
5. Cooling System
The powder is cooled to prevent moisture condensation and caking before packaging.
6. Packaging System
Automatic filling and packaging machines pack nutritional powders into sachets, bags, or containers under hygienic conditions.
